It seems as though there is no reasonable way to do that quickly in tinkercad. All I want is to be able to draw a series 5mm x 5mm rectangles whatever length is needed for that section and merge then together. I've tried freecad, blender, and now tinkercad and can't for anything figure out how to draw something super simple. I've spent way too many hours watching tutorials to still not be able to draw a simple shape to extrude. I was taught minicad 6 back in high school, it wouldn't have taken me 5 minutes to draw what I want in that. I'm so frustrated, I can never figure out how to do anything in cad programs. I use Linux, so no M$ paint, or I'd probably have done that already. I have no idea what that function is called in paint so I'm not even sure what to google to see if tinkercad has something similar I know in something as simple as M$ paint there is a tool where you can click a point, drag the mouse, click again and it makes a straight line, then if you drag the mouse and click another point it'll draw another straight line from the last point you clicked and will keep repeating till you connect to the starting point It'd take me hours to draw the simple shape I need by dragging a cube into the work area, resize it, move it into place, merge it with the previous pieces, and repeat till complete. Is there no function that does this in tinker cad? I've seriously been watching video for hours and the only thing I've seen done is having the predifined shapes changed. Like hold shift, click, drag, click again and have a straight line of the length and width I require.

I could probably do it with the scribble tool if you could change the line size and draw straight lines.
